Manage Subscription

MyHermes uses Polar for checkout, renewals, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation.

    Open My Subscriptions

    Use the dashboard navigation to open your current subscription status.

    Launch the customer portal

    Open the Polar customer portal from the subscription page.

  3. 3

    Update or cancel

    Use Polar to update the payment method, review invoices, change an available plan, or cancel the subscription.

  4. 4

    Return to MyHermes

    After making a change, return to the dashboard and allow the signed Polar webhook to update local access.
