Failed Payments

Polar manages renewal attempts. MyHermes uses the subscription state to decide whether the hosted runtime can continue operating.

    Payment becomes past due

    The dashboard shows a billing warning and provides access to the Polar customer portal.

    Two-day runtime grace period

    The runtime remains available for two days while you update the payment method or the renewal succeeds.

  3. 3

    Unpaid runtime termination

    If the subscription remains unpaid after the MyHermes grace period, the hosted container is terminated.

  4. 4

    Restore access

    Resolve payment through Polar, then return to MyHermes so the active subscription can be reconciled.
