Billing is monthly through Polar. If a renewal payment fails, your runtime keeps working for 2 days while payment is recovered; after that the Docker container is terminated.

Each user receives an isolated Hermes container. Authenticated gateway routing prevents one account from accessing another account's runtime.

What if I want a refund?

You can cancel your subscription in the Polar customer portal. Monthly access follows the subscription state reported by Polar.
