Cron Jobs

Cron jobs send a saved prompt to Hermes on a schedule so repeated work does not depend on a manual chat message.

    Create a schedule

    Choose a name, schedule, delivery target, and prompt that fully describes the recurring task.

    Confirm the timing

    Review the schedule before saving. Use predictable daily or weekly timing when possible.

    Test the job

    Trigger the job manually once to confirm that the prompt, provider, tools, and connected apps are ready.

  4. 4

    Pause or resume

    Pause jobs that should temporarily stop without deleting their configuration. Resume them when the workflow is ready again.
