Credit Balance

MyHermes blocks new gateway sessions when a workspace has no remaining model credits.

    Watch the subscription page

    The subscription page shows your credit balance and monthly included credits.

    Exhausted credits

    If credits reach zero, MyHermes stops minting new gateway tokens until more credits are available.

  3. 3

    Monthly refresh

    A new monthly grant is recorded when Polar confirms an active or trialing subscription period.

    Top-ups

    Credit top-ups are planned for users who need more model usage before the next billing period.
