Telegram

Telegram uses Hermes' channel gateway. Once connected and enabled, messages sent to the bot reach the same default Hermes workspace used by web chat.

    Start setup

    Open Integrations, select Telegram, and start the guided setup.

    Open the Telegram link

    Follow the generated Telegram link and complete the bot setup steps shown in the dashboard.

    Confirm detection

    Return to MyHermes and wait until Hermes reports that setup was detected successfully.

  4. 4

    Enable the channel

    Turn Telegram on and wait for the Hermes gateway to finish restarting before sending a test message.
