Enforcing Hosted Runtime Plan Limits

A pricing table is meaningless if limits exist only as labels. Runtime resources and feature quotas need server-side enforcement at every supported entry point.

MyHermes applies Docker CPU, memory, process, and storage controls and enforces plan limits for channels, Composio apps, active Kanban tasks, and cron jobs. Native Hermes creation paths are patched as well, so agent-created work follows the same limits as dashboard requests.
